As a Ads Sales Specialist, you will work to grow existing accounts, while leveraging your expertise in Ads and sales strategies to exceed targets and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Ads services. Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and propose Ads solutions that align with their business goals. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. Ads Expertise: Provide clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Leverage AI: Understanding and use of AI in sales activities. Proven ability to use AI tools on the job Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or similar digital platform services Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly . Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in outbound sales, is highly preferred. Ads Certification: Must have a valid Ads certification . Desired Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies. Ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Additional Information: Night Shift: This position requires working night shifts to support international clients. Flexibility is essential. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
