Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Mobile App Developer with the following skillset:3+ years of experience developing high-complexity applications who can:
Deliver code to implement the requirements, as defined for the client
The desired skill set is (experience with all of these is NOT required):
Xamarin, Xamarin.Forms, XAML, SQL, Reactive Extensions
Work with Automated Test & UI developers to ensure high-quality, tested, working features
Develop and maintain Xamarin applications that can be put to use for clients, shared code libraries and internal products and tools
Help estimate the work effort at different levels (project, story, iteration, release)
Work in an ever-changing and adjustable environment putting your best foot forward, without compromising on quality
Use HTTP knowledge, Fiddler traces
Take UI & automated test tasks, as needed
Deliver the highest quality designs & code for the project
Provide progress updates to the team while working on tasks
Research and troubleshooting issues in QA and production
Eliminate duplicate codes
All forms of serialized data should be versioned to help ensure a smooth migration path as the software matures and evolves.
Good usage of Reactive design. Good Mobile First Design. Good Responsive design.
Leverage the Event Sourcing model to preserve the separation between remotely-source data and device-sourced data throughout data synchronization.
Multi-tasking in a growing and fast-paced environment
Demonstrate efficient operations competencies with ardent attention to detail
Produce superior quality work using excellent judgment with little supervision
Coordinate through the many channels and means of communication
Contribute and create an impact on the quality of the work environment
Required Skills & Experience
Competent in Xamarin and .Net
Android Development: Android App Dev, Android Xamarin
iOS Development: Swift, Obj-C, iOS Xamarin
Microsoft Mobile: Azure Mobile Apps, Xamarin Forms
Good Knowledge of memory management
Demonstrate primary programming skills and OOP
Understanding of using Xamarin technology in order to create effective native UI for iOS, Android and Windows phone
Exposure of wire formats like JSON, XML
A good experience communicating for web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP)
A primary knowledge of database design and data structures
5+ years of Mobile App development experience and 3+ years of Xamarin Development is required for this position.
