Role Description: Requirement of blockchain architect on Contractual Role, candidate should be specialized at more than one diverse blockchain technologies, should be a fast learner to pick up any other blockchain framework and deliver projects within time and scope. He/she is responsible for design, implementation and successful delivery by understanding the requirements and implementing the following best practices. The candidate is expected to be independent, self-motivated, proactive, fast learning, sincere, dedicated and results-oriented. The candidate is also expected to mentor junior minds on the projects. 

Mandatory Skills: Bloockchain Architecture, Java, Cloud, Devops

  • Experience on at least one Production implementation on blockchain 
  • Proficient with programming languages such as Go, Java, NodeJS, Solidity, Python. 
  • Strong experience on designing of blockchain frameworks, smart contracts , Cryptography, P2P networks
  • Strong understanding of different types of blockchain such as public, private/permissioned, public permissioned etc
  • Expertise on hybrid model
  • Algorand expertise 
  • Strong understanding of various different consensus algorithms and ability to select a consensus algorithm given a problem statement 
  • Working experience with database (RDBMS and NoSQL) and design to create solutions for managing distributed ledger and related data/state in files/database systems
  • Architects and designs solutions to business requirements in accordance with enterprise application and technology roadmaps, principles, standards and guidelines
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies (PaaS, SaaS) such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
  • Working knowledge of DevOps technologies around continuous Integration & delivery
  • Familiarity with various delivery methodologies such as Agile, XP, TDD
  • Familiarity with various architecture framework such as micro services, lean architecture models
  • Acts as point of contact for architectural issues in blockchain related projects
