Job Description
Purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to satisfy customer requests and to increase, develop and retain customer base through relationship building and exceptional service
Customer Experience :
Demonstrates ownership on calls with customer contacts by personally ensuring that any action required is completed as promised in a simple, timely and responsive manner
Ensures in his / her communication the individual has to consistently demonstrate a professional and friendly tone,
Understand & responds to all customers with willingness and appropriate tone and language
Offers a solution-based approach to all customer interactions tailored to the needs of the individual customer with a focus on resolving customer queries on first contact.
Seeks to educate the customer at every possible opportunity to empower them to self-care in future.
Ensures own product, system, process and policy knowledge is current
Operational Excellence :
Adheres to scheduled shifts, rostered start times, end times, break times and any scheduled activities
Is available to manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
Adheres to all Contact Centre Policies , Procedures , Code of Conduct & Legislative requirements.
Captures all customer details and data relevant to the call or service intervention efficiently and accurately
Resolves Customer queries within agreed timelines.
Hygiene
JIO Indoor Network is a must , Work from space at the house, Device to take calls ( Computer / Tab / Phone ) , Age no bar.
Certified advisor in Contact Centres with a min. of 6 months experience
Required Candidate profile
Work from Home
Minimum 6 months call center experience.
12th Pass
Hindi + Marathi language mandatory
Candidate need to have 5.5 inch screen mobile phone with 3 GB RAM
Good internet connectivity of 5 MBPS speed (can watch videos easily from place of work in youtube without buffering)
