As an Analyst, you will join a team working towards improving operational efficiency of the organization and its legacy processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Thorough study and analysis of existing processes, policies, resources etc.
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Documenting findings, preparing reports and decks to be presented to senior stakeholders.
- Analysing competitor offerings and preparing comparative study reports.
- Contributing towards determining KPIs and metrics for testing / measuring performance of new process implementations.
- Knowing industry best practices and abiding by compliance norms always.
The Profile
- You have a Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Experience in similar roles would be an advantage.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are comfortable working with analytical tools and drafting project charters, for the internal implementations.
- You can work well both in teams and individually, while delivering high quality work.
