Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Logistics service provider coordination.
Coordination with courier partner to schedule pickups
Handle pickup escalations and resolve through follow ups.
Order processing and logistics coordination for incumbent online orders
Coordinate with operations team for planned dispatches.
Knowledge of market place operations model
Knowledge of ERP, order processing module preferred
Basic MIS and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Required Candidate profile
Diploma/B.Tech. preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of marketplace operations model
Basic MIS and ERP knowledge
