Our client offers a tech platform for ordinary investors to make informed investments in different asset classes by offering quality analysis and asset management options at much lower thresholds.
The Job

You will be responsible for :

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and being the primary point of contact
Delivering excellent service standards and advising clients to make the most of the opportunity.
Addressing enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with investment advisors to deliver quality service.
Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

The Profile

You have at least 2 years experience within an Account Management role within Financial Services segment.
You have hands-on experience in financial modelling.
You have solid understanding of financial markets.
You have the ability to interpret clients financial goals in order to drive maximum engagement.
You possess strong analytical skills.
You are a detail-oriented individual and can deliver work that is of a high standard
