About Company: Company is into Company is into manufacturing of PCBs, power supplies, hand tools, electric torque wrenches etc.

Job Description:

Production Manager

1. Responsibilities

a. Prepare a production plan to ensure that shipment dates to the customer are met.

b. Manage and deploy the human resources of Production Department to meet the required shipment dates to the customer.

c. Report on production issues on a daily basis to the Management Team

d. Give notice to other departments of risks to meet the production plan (i.e. work order requirements).

e. Lead continuous improvement of Production Department to achieve highest production efficiency.

2. Education

a. Diploma or Bachelors Degree

3. Work Experience

a. 7-10 years experience, with at least 3 years of management experience.

4. Additional Requirements

a. Prefer some experience with PCBA production
