You will be managing a team of telesales and commercial representatives. You should possess strong skills in building high performing teams and be able to directly manage strategic accounts. - Proven sales experience in the Food Industry (5+ years) with solid knowledge on taste ingredients
- Inspires and builds the confidence of others to achieve targets;
- Sets clear and stretch goals always trying to exceed them;
- Constantly manages and evaluates performance of self and others;
Communication -
- Constantly listens to the voice of the customers and delivers above expectations to build trust with customers;
- Good presentation skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient and fluent in verbal and written English language.
- Proficiency in financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting)
- Can negotiate skill-fully in tough situations with both internal and external groups;
- Can be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic;
- Gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Drive for results and perseverance to achieve goals.
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise and work well under pressure
