- Immediate Joiner - MALE CANDIDATE WILL BE PREFERRED ) behalf of our leading Medical Division Client. Job opening will be @ Bangalore / Ahmadabad/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai & Kolkata.
The detailed JD as follows ;
1) The incumbent would be responsible for new business development/ Sales/ Client Acquisition from Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic & Neutraceutical industry for Leading Medical Division Group.
2 ) To take care of business development activities in the assigned territory .
3 ) To work to meet sales targets
4 ) To research the market and identify potential customers
5 ) To meet with the stockiest/ distributors/ manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, ayurvedic, neutraceuticals, medical equipment companies to generate business
6 ) To create pipeline of, atleast, 100 customers with expected business potential
7 ) To visit at least 4-5 customers on daily basis
8 ) To add minimum 2 customers every month
9 ) To add 2 lost customer every quarter through regular follow up and address complaints
10 )To increase business of existing customers either through Primary or Secondary dispatches
11) To look for opportunity in Govt. projects or funded projects from World Bank
12 ) To gather new market and customer information by using social networking websites
13 ) To establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customer
14 )To keep an eye on competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products
15 )To update all the customer calls in online DSR on daily basis
16 )To submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and sales MIS
17 )To review Key Account performance in the respective regions and keep track of on-time delivery/ SLA
18 )To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
19 ) To resolve customer complaint within 48 hrs.
20 ) To work closely with other teams to develop new business
21 ) To implement PAN India contract in the respective regions
Educational Qualification:
Education- UG/PG
Experience- Total 02-04 years.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
The aspirant must have extensive exposure of Business Development/ Sales
Should have sound understanding of pharma industry and its services
Should be target oriented
The aspirant should be willing to travel as per the requirements. Should be good in MIS/Excel data.
Must have excellent communication skills
Since this role will be based out in various respective offices @ Bangalore / Ahmadabad/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai & Kolkata Locations .Immediate joiners will be preferred .
