Required Candidate profile

Understanding of enterprise IT architecture

-Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)

-Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)

-Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts

-Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow

-Integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs

-Scripted Webservices

-Mid-Server Configuration (to facilitate REST calls); CMDB configuration and integration

-Custom Application Development

-Client Side and Server Side Scripting
-Flow Designer

-Must Have Expert knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions and catalog items.

-Must Have Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.

-Service Portal configuration

-HandsOn in Reporting and Performance Analytics
