Job Description

Good Communications skills with good subject knowledge required.
Teachers job is an important one. They present and explain learning materials and educate their students in new subjects. In order to help students learn and understand, teachers must foster an encouraging, interactive environment. Teachers communicate their subject matter by using lectures, printed, visual, audio and/or video materials. They must create a curriculum, form daily lesson plans, and prepare all lesson materials, In class, teachers may lecture on a specific subject and/or assign work, projects and tests to help build knowledge and assess the students overall performance in a class. Teachers also act as role models helping students set educational and learning goals. They should be computer friendly.
