Job Description

• Responsible for franchise expansion at PAN India level.
• Work on product development as per specific market requirements.
• Help franchisee achieve their admission targets by regular reviews, inputs and motivating sales staff.
• Mining, scoping, lead gen and closure of new franchises.
• Set and achieve franchise expansion plans.
• We are looking for Aggressive and Passionate Go- getters who are in line with our Mission and Vision!
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Must have the ability to comply with the internal CRM in following up Qualitative Leads and converting them to join us as Franchises.
• Highly Preferred if one has experience in selling to any of the two industries - Franchisee appointing in Education.
