Job Description

Inventors interview, analyzing prior arts and drafting high quality provisional and complete applications for first filing in India, PCT or USPTO and EPO
Drafting response to patent examination report, attending patent office hearings, appeal against patent office rejections, opposition representation preparation

Required skill set :

Excellent understanding of new and evolving technologies including, organic/inorganic chemistry, chemical engineering, physical chemistry, material science, nanotechnology, bio-medical sciences, bioenergy solutions, etc.
Excellent understanding of industry trends
