Grade to be Offered: Senior Manager- M4

CTC to be Offered: Upto 10 LPA

No. of Position: 4

Note: Preferred Candidate only from Banking/ BFSI sector Only

Key responsibilities:

• Branch administration at authorizer level
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
• Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Manage productivity, the morale of branch personnel.
• Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and insurance products.
• Fee income.

Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
