OPENING FOR US COLLECTION PROCESS (VOICE)

- UG/FRESHER

- EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS PREFERRED

international call center.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
Good customer management skills to reach right point of contact at first time, understand customers invoicing/payment process cycle
To achieve collections and recovery for assigned delinquent customers.
Excellent English Communication skill both written and verbal.

- 8 HOURS SHIFT (INCLUDES 45 MIN BREAK )

- FREE TRANSPORT (Within the Transport boundary)
