Job Description
Responsibilities
Define the Agile testing strategy including all test types manual or automated;
Participate to the product roadmap risk analysis with product management and architecture team and define risk based approach in agreement with the Validation lead and QSR;
Responsible for test automation
o Creation and update of automated test scripts;
o Continuous test automation runs as part of continuous integration;
Functional tests
o Coach the team on the definition-of-done, the writing of acceptance criteria and test scripts;
Developer tests
o Define unit testing standard and approach;
o Define, promote and coach the agile team in relation to test driven development;
Acceptance test
o Plan and coordinate acceptance tests (integration tests, UAT);
Reliability test
o Plan and coordinate regression tests as well as performance and security test;
Create a community of practice between all QA testers working in Agile teams and test automation team;
Create visibility around the testing performance by defining and publishing test metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 10 years of experience
- Strong Test Management Experience manual and automated in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with Test Management tools and automated testing tools
- Hands-on experience with DevOps Tools (SVN. BitBucket, Jenkins, AutoRabit, etc.)
- Hands on Experience with the concept of Continuous Delivery
- Test management experience in a Salesforce.com environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
