Position : Sr. Executive/Executive Commercial-Residential-Sales/Purchase.
Department/Area of Work : Commercial-Residential/ Sale/Purchase of Residential Properties. Work Location : NEWEDGE Office at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Qualification : Graduate in any discipline & preferably MBA Marketing. Total Exp : 1 to 3 Years for Executive & 3 to 5 Years for Sr. Executive Level on Real Estate / Club membership / Holiday Resort membership / Financial Investments / concept selling having proven track record of achievements. Responsibilities :
Doing outbound calls to potential customers from Database for fixing appointments.
Sales presentation to customers.
Payment collection as per booking terms finalized.
Daily reporting.
Weekly / monthly performance review meetings with Department Head & Chairman.
Generate ideas to develop new business from existing & new clients/Investors.
Update data of CRM by providing proper data/feedback of field visits to Maintain CRM System.
Help Department Head to achieve Sales & Revenue Targets.
Do networking with existing & new clients.
Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve overall targets of company.

Daily efforts & final outcome:
expected : 10 calls / day for generating prospects.
2 personal visits / day, say total 50 personal visits / month for product presentation & converting prospects to an advanced stage.

Compensation : Monthly Salary + Conveyance + Mobile reimbursement + Incentives Reporting to : Asst. Mgr./Manager Residential / Commercial
