Location - Chennai,Bangalore Job Brief: We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet our CASA customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management Position Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Create marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of a bank. Implement best practices to meet customers needs and requirements. Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services. Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers. Lead, direct and mentor Sales Executive teams to achieve hundred percent outcome. Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism Competencies Sales and Influencing Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Skills Should know the local language. Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry Interpersonal Skills Leadership Quality Will be responsible for handling CASA Team Required Candidate profile Graduation / Master of Business Administration or equivalent 8+ years of experience in Banking Sales
