 Build a distribution of Partners & Specialist through robust grooming & on ground support from our in house experts.

• Develop & coach the team to become specialist in insurance business along with digital enablement to perform in any situation
• Follow the ethics & guidelines set by the channel / organization to provide adequate earning support in the society as social responsibility
• Participate in all the R&R programs of the channel & ensure maximum involvement from the entire distribution
• Earn 5 times of fixed component in lean months / exigency & 10-15 times of fixed compensation on average as per seasonality of insurance business

 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum a graduate
• Minimum 5 years of experience into insurance industry
• Should have strong networking
• Should have Team Handling experience
