Job Description

• Min. 1 year of Inbound / Customer Service / Customer Care experience into voice process is required from Beauty / Personal Care Industry.
• Take cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints/feedback.
• Must have handled inbound call flow.
• Candidate will be responsible to solve customer queries over call,e-mails,chat.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Will also be involved in activities like elite calling and pitching the customer regarding special product offers.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
