- This role will work from office (Thane), and candidates will need to travel on their own.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Graduation mandatory.

- Shift timings - 9.30am to 6.30pm.

- Calling customers for various sales and service-related campaigns.
- Targets on conversions and cross-selling.
- Cross-selling of various bank products.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer service within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/ issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with good English communication.
- Minimum experience of 6 months in sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills will be evaluated.
- Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable.
- Should be dedicated and display integrity.
- Willingness to learn with an attitude of continuous improvement.
