Job Description:
We have opening for Assistant Manager position for E-commerce process.
Location- Navi Mumbai
Job Specifications for E-commerce process :
Experience :
Graduate with minimum of 5 to 10 year of work experience in an Domestic Voice Program from Call Centre (BPO) industry.
Must have experience from inbound voice process,
Min - 1 years of experience as Assistant Manager (On Papers)
Handling span of min 60- 100 FTEs with 4-5 TLS
In-depth understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (score calculations, parameter ratings, Attrition calculation, Situation Handling etc.).
Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and
techniques.
Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint .
Technical Competencies:
Typing speed - 25-30wpm with 90% accuracy.
Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel , Access
and PowerPoint.
Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
Should be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
Soft Skills: (Language)
English, Hindi
Education - Graduation (Any Stream-Mandate)
