Job Description

Looking out for Senior Recruiters with around 7-10 years exp in Chennai with Manufacturing background, Key requirement is prior experience in Corporate recruitment.

Key Areas:
-Ensure achievement of team target offers & SLA
-Monitor team performance through activity management and periodic reviews
-Ensure timely delivery on mandates
-Provide MIS on team performance and update system needs
-Input to BH and key stake holders
- People Management

Location: ChennaiClient Location.

Client Service:
-Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
-Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality
Others:
Brand ambassador
Support in implementation of business and company initiatives
