Reporting To ZSM

Stakeholder ManagementSales, Underwriting, Claims, IT, Operations, etc. Role Objective :The role holder will primarily manage the team and drive them to maintain relationship through brokers. Also drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel. Role:

Primary job is to handle the team and drive them to work along with brokers
Understanding their need and developing desired system for their ease of doing business.
Working closely with UW, claims team to design and develop various guidelines/processes
To make sure high potential agents are recruited and also, maintaining their activation and business growth in IL.
Servicing and maintaining a strong relationship for better penetration and loyalty.
Maintaining right Product Mix and LR. Achieving KPI targets.

Required Qualification / Experience

Full Time Graduate/ Post Graduate 7+ years of experience
Go getter and attitude to achieve the deadlines
Excellent Relationship building Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint and Excel
