Deputy Manager Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Presales and Solutions

Hexaware BPS

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

• Work on responses to RFPs and RFIs across Banking and capital markets pursuits
• Analyze client landscape presented in RFPs and RFPs and through data gathered in proactive engagements / onsite studies to create solution and proposals across Banking & Capital markets areas
• Perform onsite assessments internationally and within India to evaluate client landscape, analyze findings and create outsourcing and transformation solutions
• Coordinate with all stakeholders / seek sign offs and close solutions
• Articulate solution through depictions in solution presentations / RFP / RFI response / proposal documents
• Work out project costing / pricing and get necessary approvals
• Finalize solutions and take deals to closure
• Make solution presentation to clients / support client visits
• May involve international and domestic travel (when travel opens up)

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience across Banking and capital markets Presales and Solutions across BPO
• MBA Finance preferred / MBA in any stream
• Around 5+ years of experience across BFS presales and Solution / Transformation
• Willing to travel internationally (when travel opens up)
• Ability to undertake assessment at client site and make client presentations
• Knowledge of leading banking and capital market platforms and fintech solutions
• Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies viz. RPA and their application across Finance & Accounts processes
• Abreast with BFS best practices & metrics, transformation / automation interventions across payments, cards, deposits, lending, Asset Management, Asset Servicing
