Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
They are also responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects, at all levels, as well as responsible for providing guidance on all compliance matters.
Job Responsibility:
- Statutory compliances
- Responsible for Contract Labour Management
- Ensure healthy & progressive employee relations with employees at site
- Responsible for wage & administration of bargain able employees
- Responsible for networking and Lessoning with various authorities
- Responsible of al safety, security of employees, & machinery at site
- Able to device initiatives to ensure good & harmonious Industrial Relations in the site
- Gathering intelligence on the IR scenario with timely feedback to the Management.
- Ensure there is continuous dialogue and communication between management & employees.
- To ensure congenial working environment & anticipate disciplinary issues before they surface & create remedial measures.
- Advising & providing guidance to key mangers in disciplinary actions & formalities
- Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Requirements & Skills:
- Poven experience as compliance manager
- In-depth knowledge of the industrys standards and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- An analytical mind able to see the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
- Certified compliance professional is a plus
