Job Summary-

Responsible for directly sourcing home loans

Product - Home Loan / Lap

CTC - Upto 5.50 L + Incentives

Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduation

Job Description:

Ownership for the business plan for the office

Accountability for the day to day functioning of the branch and building the desired ISFC culture.

Lead a team Loan Officers for sourcing business. Build relationship with connectors.

Conduct Training & Development of Loan Officers

Supervision of sourcing of files for Loan against property and Home Loans.

Handling all Sales related work of Branch. Coordinating with credit, technical, legal & operations teams for file sanctioning and disbursement.

Take responsibility for Collections of the branch
