Lead multiple teams of ESG analysts, enhance overall processes, build and maintain process and training related documents. Farm on existing clients, maintain the environment and P&L balance of the teams.
Understanding customer requirements and develop effective project management processes,including hiring, planning, reporting, documentation, training, etc.
Enhance existing processes and create dynamic and agile structures within teams
Ensure 100% adherence to all SLAs and TAT
Liaise with team managers, workflow units to ensure timely deliverables
Run comprehensive RCA for all SLA and other related concerns for every team
Compose RFPs, understand prospective client requirements, scoping of projects

Skills Required

PMP/PRINCE certified
Good understanding of ESG concepts
An eye for detail
8-10 years of experience in sustainability industry
Experienced at working in office set-up with multiple locations/overseas teams
Team management
Client management

Qualification

Engineer, MBA, Post-graduation in Economics, Finance, Energy, Environment, Economics, Governance, Social Sciences
