Job Description
We are looking Professional for the suitable Position of "Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager" for Building Construction under PSU/Government at Bangalore location.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Graduate in BE/B Tech Civil from reputed Colleges/ University.
- 15+ Years of Hands on experience of govt/ PSU projects like Residential/High Rise /commercial building, project/ apartment/
complexes.
-Preference will be given to candidates from background / relevant experience of strict time-bound govt. projects,
-Must have knowledge of DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates), and associated governing bylaws.
-Must be good executor, a problem solver ,resourcing capabilities having a decent men-management acumen with a decent command over team.
- Willing to travel as per project requirements.
- Candidate on selection, might be required to join on immediate basis , willingness to join within 10-15 days will be an added-advantage.
Skill Set :
- Must possess skills like planning, timely execution of tasks in progress, monitoring budgets and expenditures ,ensuring projects are completed within time frame. This includes and timely updating the management on progress.
- Close monitor, analyze & execute the progress of major account abilities/tasks in the project, setting priorities while meeting timelines would be a key essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills with acumen to timely establish, connect and revert-to the necessary, time bound correspondence,
- Manage project team responsible for administrative formalities including coordinating with civil engineers, preparation of progress presentations, scanning, indexing and documentation. Facilitate training, initiating mediation/local-arbitration sessions to effectively resolve issues if any.
- Adherence to the local safety, security, state (governing authorities) norms on deployed-labor/staff -compliance, statutory permissions, NOCs, includes liasoning with local bodies.
- Update and maintain production and quality metrics of projects.
Candidate Profile:
A Senior Civil Engineering (15+ Years) out of which 12 years as a project Incharge preferably into Govt Building Projects is a basic requirement.

Skill Set Desired: Adherance to compliance on Delhi Schedule of Rates is a Must. Excellent Technical and Administrative acumen along with effective team management skills, be an able problem solver, time management and excellent communication would suffice best for the candidature.
