For the post of JRE - Karnal, Indri, Panipat,Rudrapur,Kashipur,Dehradun,Jagadhri, Gannaur
For the post of Business Development Executive:- Karnal
For the post of IT Executive:- Karnal
Minimum Qualification: - Graduation - Regular
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JRE / RE (Relationship Executive) (Males Preferred below 30 Years)
Responsible to attending walk -in clients at Branches.
Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellery's as per company norms.
Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.
Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.
Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & branch targets.
Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.
Responsible for ATM monitoring & functioning if the same is attached to the branch.
Ensuring following of all procedures & policies as per laid down by the organisation.
Coordination with various Banks & preparation of BRS.
Responsible for completion of all Accounts related works in the branch.
Responsible to maintain up-keep of the branch and ensure confidentially in all dealings.
Responsible for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.
Candidate's age must be below 30 years and a regular graduate (Excluding B.Tech /BCA).
Criteria for selection Branch Heads (Branch Manager):- / ABM (Assistant Branch Manager)
For BM
1. Ex-banker retired from scale II and above.
2. Age up to 62 years.
3. Physically fit to go for target oriented job.
4. Must have worked as a Branch Manager for at least 3 years during his stint in the Bank.
5. Local candidates or residing nearby within 10-25 KM radius will be preferred.
OR
For ABM
1.Age above 30 years
2.Minimum 4-5 years of exp in any financial institute/Banking only (not from any Insurance company).
3.Should have experience in sales/business development/operations.

Criteria for selection of Business Development Executive (General Insurance & Mutual fund)
- The candidate should be Graduate and having Min 0-3 year experience in General Insurance / Mutual Fund .
- Excellent Communication Skill ,Knowledge about local area and willing to travel.
- Age Below 30 years.
- Male only.
Criteria for selection of IT Executive
- The candidate should be Graduate and having Min 1-2 year experience in Hardware and Software
- Excellent Communication Skill and willing to travel.
- Age Below 30 years.
- Male only.
