Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As part of the technology team - To manage the application development and change delivery for all vendor developed and in house developed applications.

Program delivery all the application transformation programs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of all application transformation and changes to the existing application stack.
• Work with the vendors on technical design and solutions for all the changes being delivered.
• Project delivery of all the application transformation and application change projects.
• Production responsibility for managing the Level 3 support issues which require development and code fixes.
• Work with the vendors on estimation and timelines for change delivery and projects

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 18-20 years of core technology experience in application development preferably in the banking industry with at least 10 years in leadership roles..
• Strong understanding of core and emerging technologies in the application development areas.
• Good vendor engagement and people management skills.
