Looking for HR Executive with 1 year of experience to work in Next Gen Property Adviser Pvt ltd (Software Product Based Company).
Job Description
Should have experience in End to End IT / Non IT Recruitment process
Hands on in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, coordination, Negotiation, Offer management and on boarding activities
Should have good sourcing experiences using job portals, social networking and other innovative methods
Handling attendance and leave module
Payroll Management
Should have good exposure in conducting employee engagement activity
Monthly presentations/ decks on HR accomplishment (should be strong with Excel & PPT)

Key skills: Communication Skills, HRgeneralist, Recruitment, Payroll Management, Presentation Skills, Employee retention, Interdepartmental coordination, Attendance Management
