Job Description

Gather information on sales trend, sales potential, and new market/ product
  • Development opportunities in client country
  • Coordinating with various internal departments for arranging the sample.
  • Identify, communicate, coordinate with new overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
  • Timely submission of quotation to customer,
  • Maintain showroom
  • Customer handling
  • Communicate with customers and merchant exporters for new and existing product orders
  • Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through mail
  • Checking order sheet and pre-shipment documents
  • Co-ordinate with the production department for production status, stock positions and timely dispatches of orders
  • Perform promotional activities through exhibitions
  • Follow ups for payment collection
  • Supervise and train export assistants to improve their performance
  • Maintain customer relationship across the country
  • Business Development Initiative In Exports
  • Customer Relationship Management
Work Location - Mulund(Near to station, 10 min walking distance)
Candidate living near by location will be preferred.
