Job Responsibilities:

Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.
Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc.
Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners at the Head office.
Engage with Key stake holders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.
Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level.
Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region.
Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
Any additional HR assignments or Projects which may be initiated by the company.

Required Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation skill
Exposure to handle disciplinary cases and Labour law in service industry
Should be a team player
Looking for profiles from Call Center background/GI Solid experience from other industries is also OK.
Should be OK to travel

Education Requirements

Education Requirements: MBA/PGDM (HR) with 6-7 years of experience.

Age Criteria: 28 - 35 years

Maximum Salary : 8 LPA
