Job Description
We are Hiring Assistant Manager for Grocery Operations Flipkart.
Expected Job role:
- large scale Fulfillment center operations for Flipkart and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets.
- Must Take care of Inbound Outbound Inventory returns.
- Define, track and manage key performance parameters and work towards productivity scale up .
- Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution
- Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly.
- Drive improvements in performance across multiple sub functions within the warehouse
- Own responsibility of independent shift and manage the operations end to end
- Develop & mentor team within the warehouse to work independently and achieve higher goals
- Build culture of ownership and empowerment within FC
- Drive continuous improvement and build lean culture within FC
- Work with central teams for project implementation and improvements
- Experience in Grocery Business & E-Commerce is desirable
Key Skills required for the role.
- Must have worked in large scale facility (~1 to 2 Lakh Sq ft) and must have managed large workforce (~300) on ground
- Must be ready to work on ground
- Must be able to work in different shifts
- Must have handled team of on roll people
- Must have analytical and numerical skills
- Skilled in FC process, tools and working methods
- Ability to manage high-volume environments E.g. Big Billion Day Sales
- Change Management skills: Processes, Policies, Training & Systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Strong in MIS management & stakeholder management.
Qualification:
7-10 Years of work experience in - eCommerce organization. Must have worked as an Assitant manager at least 2 years.
Required Qualification: Any Degree & preferred Masters.
JOb Location:Medchal-Hyderabad
Note - Only people from the same field like Grocery,Ecommerce experienced people will get calls & preference.
We are not hiring for BPO, Sales, Banking & IT for given roll.
