Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Understanding clients prospect requirements and proposing the best possible matrimonial solutions / services in the form of memberships / subscription plans .
  • Handling pre-generated set of leads to create online awareness of possible membership plans to ensure deliveries
  • Consistently meet or exceeds fortnightly sales activity targets by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and close prospective lead.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to clients for all inquiries , queries and escalations with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
  • Ensure internal coordination with different stakeholders and teams including sales and non-sales for effective deliveries.
  • Analyzing the various touch points with a customer and increasing interaction for generating additional revenue
