Job Description:
Production managersensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.Responsibilities ofthejobinclude: planning and organisingproductionschedules, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients andmanagers.
Responsibilities:
Should have been working as Production Manager of a medium size factory having at least 300 workers.
Must be Engineer graduate preferably from any of the premium institutes.
Must have good communication and man-management skills.
Will be responsible for the entire production of the factory including planning, machine maintenance, ensuring productivity etc.
Oversee a workforce of 300 + employees in the manufacturing department
Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
