Grade :- M2 ( Individual ) Job Location :- Ahmedabad. CTC :- Upto 4 Lack + Incentives Business Description
- We are looking for a Business Banking Executive to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers & Team. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.
- To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicatorWe also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Also you need to ensure that your relationship with customer& team yields X-sell opportunity.
- Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our client to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Job Role:-
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
- Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customer's along with entire Family Banking relationship
- Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.
Job Requirements:
- MBA preferred
- 2-3 Years for MBAs and 3 - 4 years for Non MBAs.
- Background in order of preference o Banking o Financial Services o FMCG / Tele Communication
- Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customer's.
