We have Urgent openings for Assistant Acquisition Manager- CASA- Sales for Surat location.

CTC to be Offered: Upto 2.3 LPA + Performance-based Incentives (Upto 10,000/-p.m)

Grade to be Offered: Assistant Manager-M1(On-roll)

Preferred candidate From banking, Insurance, Stockbroking, NBFC and Telecom Only

Job profile :

To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account.
Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
Maximum Age Limit - 25 yrs

Note - Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role which he applied for.

Qualification required:

Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in direct field sales.
