Job Description
- Connect with prospective customers / existing customers to map their requirements regarding IT / ITES products and services of our clients.
- Co-ordinate with different stakeholders within the organization and prospective clients.
- Capability to do record keeping and CRM application management in format specified.
- Displaying and ensuring professional conduct in all interaction with customers to identify leads.
- Undertaking first/second level of web research for greater understanding of prospective requirements.
- Understanding of IT industry as we service clients who are OEM's from software, hardware, cloud, CADCAM software, security products, e-Commerce products, network products, etc.
- Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector
Required Candidate profile
- Looking for graduate candidates with similar experience preferably 0.6 months to 5 years.
- Persons with good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of excel must and understanding of IT and ITES products/services.
- Should have zeal to learn new things / technology and ability to hold a conversation and connect with people.
- Person should be ambitious, self motivated and career oriented.
- Person should be goal oriented and willing to take responsibilities to in all aspects of the job profile.
