Job Description
- Collating, Sourcing, Compiling Customer Database, Making MIS Reports, etc.
- 80% work on excel and need so to know v-look up, h-look-up, pivot tables, what if, count if, conditions, data validation, macro, etc
- Undertaking web search or sourcing for validation of databases Compile lists from various sources, undertake quality checks, unify the databases, etc.
- Access and update CRM records
- Maintaining and analysing reports of discussions and call history Requirements
Required Candidate profile
- Having minimum experience of 1 year to 4 years
- Advance and working knowledge of excel must (e.g. tools like short-cut keys, custom filtering, pivot reports, db formatting, formulae, v/h-lookup, copy/paste, find/replace, duplication, etc.)
- Good English written and verbal communication skills with understanding of grammar.
- Person with quick learning capability and focus on work, should have fast turnaround ability.
- Speed and accuracy level in creation and maintenance should be high, person to be observant and accurate.
- A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times and with the attitude to complete the work in stipulated time-frame.
