Desired Candidate Profile

An Azure administrator with a minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in planning, managing Azure based infrastructure, troubleshooting, and performing root-cause analysis of MicrosoftAzure platform related problems.
Expertise in managing Azure environment in enterprise environment including application dependencies, client presentation mechanism, network connectivity and overall virtualization strategies.
Managing technical and security infrastructure in Azure for selected apps/workloads.
Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud, network operations, private and hybrid cloud administration.
Managing Azure private cloud environment with auto-scale capability at App and SQL Server DB level.
Creating and managing networks using VNETs, VNET peering etc.
Creating and managing Storage accounts with Redundancy options.
Administration using Azure CLI, Powershell and shell scripting.
Must understand end to end Azure IaaS and PaaS services, especially Security, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Azure DNS and Load Balancer.
Understanding and ability to monitor, promptly diagnose and remedy cloud related problems and failures.
Knowledge of scale up and scale down of VM sizes, auto scale, configure availability sets.
Thorough understanding of cloud-based solution such as SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.
Understanding of virtualization management and configuration
Manage MS SQL Enterprise in HA Configuration.
Must have experience in Replication and Failing-over.
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCPIP, DNS, network topology, switch/router configurations, security).
Strong knowledge on incident, capacity, change and problem management processes.
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory services, Remote desktop services
Strategic planning, complex problem-solving capability and general management expertise.
