We are in Search of Dynamic Individual having exposure to Procurement of Raw Material for Pharmaceutical Organization , detailed below :

Company Profile : The multidivisional organization having diversified interests in Ethical Formulations, Bulk Drug, Ayurvedic Medicine, Healthcare, Herbal Products and Bio-technology, seeds andTissue Culture.

POSITION : Executive - Raw Material Purchase(RM).

Location : Vile Parle(East)-Mumbai

Job Profile

1. Research Potential Vendors from overseas and Local Markets
2. Compare and evaluate offers from Suppliers
3. Negotiate contract terms of Agreement and pricing
4. Preparing Purchase Orders
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
6. Review quality of purchased products
7. Enter Order details (E.G. Vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.
8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
9. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
10. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed & Follow up with Accounts for payment
11. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
12. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain mgmt. with minimum of 4 -5 years experience in a mid-sized pharmaceutical company handling the procurement of Raw Material (RM)

Should be systems oriented and have good negotiation skills
