If you have a passion for fixing bugs in code and programming, you may be cut out for a career in manual testing. As a Software Tester, you will have a major role to play in the quality assurance stage of software development. You will carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements. This involves the analysis of software to prevent issues and fixing bugs before the product is dispatched to users. As working with code is part of the role, software testers are expected to be familiar with various coding languages.Job Description:-
- Analyzing the requirements from clients.
- Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Experience with different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database, etc.
- Expert in identifying & writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases
- Sound knowledge of Defect Management Cycle and logging defects.
- Candidate should have experience in Manual Testing. Automation Experience will be plus.
- Excellent knowledge in testing skills (Design test plan and test strategy)
- Writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs.
- Test mobile applications and location- based services.
- Detecting bug issues.
- Prepare file defect reports and report test progress.
- Prove for scalability and performance of a software.
- Responsible for conducting manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose.

- Team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multitasking abilities.
- Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.
- Ability to work with the team and meet deadlines.
- Experience with client communication, both written and verbal.
Qualification and Other Requirements:-
As a minimum, a degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or relevant fields is required. Employers prefer professionals with experience on different iOS frameworks, mobile apps, Objective-C, programming tools, third-party libraries and APIs.
