L2 Application Support Resources required: 3 replacement position

1) 3 to 5 years of IT experience with Application L2 support engineer

Technical Skills - Java, Unix/Linux, Unix scripting , Sybase or Oracle PL/SQL, WebSphere/WebLogic

Tools: ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy

Domain Knowledge: Banking - Investment Banking,

Good to have : FX,MM product knowledge, Release management, Incident management.

General skillset :

• Good coordination between various infra/Partners teams and dev partners
• Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
• Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications
• Good debugging and analytical skills
• Must be very good in communication
• L2 Production support for 24*7. Support module applications
