Job Description

.Designation -- Windows Administrator

Location -- Noida Sec 125

CTC -- Upto 8L

The primary responsibility is to support the existing or implement new Windows Infrastructure

1.Configured and maintained Active directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy

2.Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Cluster, NLB, and Terminal Services (RDS).

3.Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Hyper-V infrastructure

4.Strong knowledge of ADFS,DFS, RODC, Radius and DHCP services

5.Administration of VmWare

6.Perform VM vMotion, Storage vMotion, Add/Remove Memory or any other Hardware
resources on the VM

7.Upgrading Vmtools, upgrade hardware version on the VM

8.Taking, Deleting and reverting snapshots of the VM and Adding ESX host to maintenance
during any scheduled activities

9.Perform other day-to-day operations on VMware infrastructure

10.Strong knowledge of Symantec Endpoint and PGP and knowledge of multifactor 11.authentication Strong knowledge of DLP Office 365, G-suite and Microsoft Exchange

Key Performance Indicator

Resolution of all tickets within SLA

Active directory performance of all services

Emails and availability

Virtual machine provisioning

Host server availability of Vmware and Hyper-v

Taking ownership of issue's

Cost reduction of over all service

Backup of critical services

Reduce verbal requests for support
