Job Description

Post onboarding , You will undergo an intensive training
program focused upon insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel
management.
After the Successful completion of training you will be
required to meet your sales target by coaching and guiding sales team members
of channel partner on training, licensing , prospecting new customer and
solving customer queries.
This is field job which requires extensive travel for your
assigned geography and channel partner location .
You will be required to be in
the market to meet customer/client , Sometimes on Sunday as well ( as when
required)
You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a
continuous interaction with sales team
of channel partners and achieving sales target
