*Managing Business Associate Managers.

Guide BAMs to help them to recruit budgeted numbers of Business Associates.

Work closely with BAMs for achieving their targets through BAs by mentoring, coaching and Training them.
Enable the Business Associates to build & drive a strong Advisor force
*Driving and motivating the branch

Desired Candidate Profile

* Should have 4 years of Team Handling experience in Agency Sales with Insurance
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Sales is required.
* Good Communication Skill.
* Should be Graduate.
