Job Description
Infosys BPM Ltd - We are hiring for Technology Lead - RPA for Bangalore locationQualification/Experience :
1.BE/B.Tech/MCA
2.Min 5 years of experience in web application development with primary focus on .Net, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. Should be proficient in these technologies
Responsibilities / Mandatory :
1.Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support
2.Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream
3.Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership
4.Good project management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately
5.Proven experience in working with client teams (Business & IT)
6.Should have excellent communication (written / oral) and presentation skills
7.Set & manage stakeholder expectations
8.Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.
9.Prior onsite experience would be an added advantage clients
Skills Required
1.Good project management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately.
2.Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
3.Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.
4.Good presentation and communication skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
1.Working or hands on experience in RPA implementation (min 1 Year)
2.Min 6 months working/ hands on experience in Automation Anywhere
3.Automation Anywhere Advance or Master Certificate preferred
Nice to have
1.Has handled production support projects with a strong focus support SLAs.
2.Has been part of product implementation which requires understanding client requirements, performing fit-gap analysis and executing the project successfully by a combination of configuration of base features, customization and new development
3.Has been part of core teams that have implemented projects in the any of the following domains Business Process Management, Finance & Accounting, ITIL framework, Customer Service Management
